Weekly Summer Play Dates

Looking for something to do on Friday mornings this summer with the kiddos? Come join other PAVC parents, caregivers, friends, and their children at various kid-friendly parks, zoos, and museums in the Bay Area. Everyone is welcome! Journaling: Slowing down to listen to God (A small group for women)

Tuesdays, June 13, 20, 27, and July 11. 8:00-9:30pm in Menlo Park/Sunnyvale.
Are you interested in using journaling as a way to listen and capture what God is saying to you? Whether you are new to journaling or would like to go deeper with your writing, this small group will give you the opportunity to explore journaling as a spiritual practice. The sessions will provide space for personal writing with suggested journaling exercises, times of sharing how the journaling experience is going and what God may be revealing to you. Intergenerational Small Group with Bible Study On Habbakuk

Sundays, July 9-August 6. 5:00-7:30pm
You are invited to join this “summer mini-small group Bible study”. We will begin with dinner and games at Sylvan Park in Mountain View then kids will hang out with babysitters while adults go to a local home for worship, a Bible teaching, small group discussion and prayer. Honest Marriages

The Marriage and Family Ministry is hosting author Dorothy Greco for a workshop that will focus on how disappointment and anger propel us toward transformation and the necessity of incorporating confession and forgiveness into our daily lives. For more than 20 years Dorothy and Christopher Greco have helped couples to create and sustain healthy marriages.
